Who is this for?

You run compliance support triaging 40 oversight Gmail tickets per label poll, and this Gmail Notion workflow labels risk and routes to reviewers. Each ticket needs risk labeled, owner found, and reply drafted before anyone can respond.

What problem does this solve?

You open each ticket, label risk, then find the owner and nudge them. When the Gmail trigger polls every 5 minutes, OpenAI labels risk and urgency, Notion finds the owner, Slack DMs them, and limited-risk gets an auto-drafted reply with all actions in Sheets. You just triage exceptions instead of sorting every ticket.

What this workflow does

1. Gmail Trigger watches the oversight inbox label every 5 minutes
2. OpenAI classifies each ticket (risk: unacceptable/high/limited, urgency p0-p2)
3. Notion looks up the reviewer for that risk category
4. Slack DMs the assignee with ticket + classification + context
5. IF sends an auto-drafted Gmail reply for limited-risk tickets; everything lands in a Sheets audit trail

What you need

Gmail OAuth (oversight label), OpenAI key with billing, Notion reviewer database (risk_category + owner), Slack workspace, Google Sheet tab Audit.
