You open WordPress to pull updated posts, convert pages to Markdown in Google Docs, then re-embed via OpenAI into Supabase by hand. On manual run, this workflow runs Wordpress - Get all posts, Merge Wordpress Posts and Pages and Set fields1 into Supabase Vector Store with Default Data Loader and Embeddings OpenAI handling chunks. You just check the Sheets audit log and chat answers.

How it works

You run it manually from the n8n editor → Wordpress - Get all posts, Merge Wordpress Posts and Pages, Set fields1, ending in Supabase Vector Store.

Setup

1. Open danielgrey.shop/app/templates/dg-0040 → Copy JSON → n8n → Import from Clipboard (or Push to n8n)
2. Connect credentials: Google Sheets, Slack, OpenAI, Postgres, Supabase
3. Run once manually to verify each branch — Time required: ~10 min review — then Activate.

Customising

- Change polling in Every 30 seconds to your sync cadence and columns in Set fields1 for Supabase.
- Retune chunking in Default Data Loader and model in Embeddings OpenAI for your docs size.
- The Daniel Grey pack (Slack - Error Alerts, Google Sheets - Audit Log, Wait - Rate Limit, Set - Audit Trail) is already wired — keep it or delete it.

v2.0 (Sep 2026, n8n 2.x): Raw wp-json calls replaced with the WordPress node (incremental sync uses published-after; run the manual branch for full backfills). Tested on n8n 2.37 (2.x).
