These terms cover the done-for-you automation services and the ready-made n8n workflow templates sold at danielgrey.shop. By purchasing or using either, you agree to them.
Automation sprints are fixed-scope projects quoted in writing before work begins - one number, no hourly billing. Timelines quoted in the fixed quote are estimates; you'll be told promptly if anything changes.
Templates are licensed, not sold. Each purchase grants a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, modify and run the workflow inside your own business or for one client engagement. Reselling, republishing or redistributing the workflow files as a competing product is not permitted.
Free templates carry the same license as paid ones. Pro ($19/mo) adds unlimited favorites, early access and priority support; it is billed monthly through Dodo Payments and can be cancelled anytime - access continues to the end of the paid period.
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Prices are in USD. You'll receive access immediately after payment; purchase records sync to your account automatically, and guests receive their access link by email.
Because templates are digital goods delivered instantly, all template sales are final once the workflow JSON has been downloaded or copied. If something is broken or not as described, contact support@danielgrey.shop within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund it. Custom sprints carry a 30-day guarantee as scoped in your quote.
Automations are business tools. They are not legal, financial, tax or medical advice, and they don't replace licensed professionals where those are required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
