Because a template is digital goods delivered the moment you buy it, sales are final once the workflow JSON has been downloaded or copied. If a template is broken, imports with errors, or isn't what the page described, email support@danielgrey.shop within 14 days - we'll fix it first, and if we can't, you get a full refund.
Lifetime access to all premium templates plus every future drop. Full refund within 7 days if no templates were downloaded. Refunds revoke access automatically.
Every sprint carries a 30-day guarantee: if the installed system doesn't save the hours scoped in your fixed quote, we keep working free until it does. Refunds for sprints follow the terms of your written quote.
Refunds go back to the original payment method via Dodo Payments, typically within 5-10 business days. If a refund is approved after you already downloaded templates, your license for those files ends and download access is revoked.
