Who is this for?

You run finance for a 6-person team chasing 11 overdue invoice webhooks in Sheets, and this Sheets invoicing workflow builds, sends and logs for you. Each case needs a PDF built, a reminder sent, and a log row with the next chase date.

What problem does this solve?

You build the PDF, send the reminder, then log the payment and set the next chase. When the invoice webhook fires, the flow generates the PDF, sends the reminder and dunning sequence, and writes the Sheets row. You just approve the log instead of chasing each thread.

How it works

An incoming webhook kicks it off → Route Invoice Event, Generate Invoice PDF.

Setup

1. Open danielgrey.shop/app/templates/dg-1005 → Copy JSON → n8n → Import from Clipboard (or Push to n8n)
2. Connect credentials: Google Sheets, Slack
3. Copy the production URL into your sending app, fire one test — it imports clean and goes green first try — then a 10-minute review and activate.
