What problem does this solve?

You inspect the webhook payload, format the XML body and set headers by hand, then log the call in Google Sheets and flag failures in Slack. On incoming webhook, this workflow builds the XML response, replies at once and writes Google Sheets - Audit Log with Slack - Error Alerts plus Wait - Rate Limit and Set - Audit Trail tracking. You just scan the audit rows.

Setup

1. Open danielgrey.shop/app/templates/dg-0038 → Copy JSON → n8n → Import from Clipboard (or Push to n8n)
2. Connect credentials: Google Sheets, Slack
3. Copy the production URL into your sending app, fire one test — Time required: ~10 min review — then Activate.

Requirements

Customising

- Update audit columns in Google Sheets - Audit Log and alert routing in Slack - Error Alerts for your endpoints.
- Tune throttling in Wait - Rate Limit and payload mapping in Set - Audit Trail for XML size.
