You handle hiring screening 25 CV PDFs per folder on manual run, and this OpenAI screening workflow extracts text and drafts first assessments. Each CV needs PDF opened, fit scanned, and notes logged in Sheets.
You open each PDF, scan for fit, then log notes in Sheets. When you run it manually, the flow downloads the file, extracts the PDF, scores with OpenAI, and logs to Sheets. You just glance over ranked summaries instead of opening each file in turn.
