Discord triage n8n workflow for community managers with 30 overnight requests across 3 departments that you run manually from the editor. Reading, sorting and posting pile up across intake forms, OpenAI and Discord when routed live. You import the dg-0031 JSON slug-specific with exact credentials, tested first-try, and the Sheets plus Slack audit pack is already wired.
You read each intake message, run Analyze user request in OpenAI to pick a category, then move the thread into User Success Dept, IT Dept or Helpdesk in Discord by hand. On manual run, this workflow runs Analyze user request, Parse JSON and Select category, then routes to User Success Dept, IT Dept or Helpdesk with Sheets and Slack audit tracking. You just approve routed threads.
