What problem does this solve?

You open each email, decide the job type, then log it for dispatch. When a new Gmail message arrives, the flow classifies with AI and writes the Sheets row with audit trail. You just dispatch from the sheet instead of digging through the inbox.

Setup

1. Open danielgrey.shop/app/templates/dg-0020 → Copy JSON → n8n → Import from Clipboard (or Push to n8n)
2. Connect credentials: Google Sheets, Slack, Gmail, OpenAI
3. Run once manually to verify each branch — it imports clean and goes green first try — then a 10-minute review and activate.
