Gmail triage n8n workflow for solo operators waking to 60 emails overnight that fires on each new Gmail message. Labels, drafts and follow-ups pile up across Gmail, OpenAI and Sheets when triaged live. You import the dg-0003 JSON slug-specific with exact credentials, tested first-try, and the Sheets plus Slack audit pack is already wired.
You open Gmail to read each thread, check Gmail - read labels to sort priority, then draft replies and log follow-ups in Sheets by hand. On new Gmail message, Gmail - get message and Gmail labelling agent with OpenAI Chat Model1 labels via Gmail - add label to message and logs to Sheets with Wait handling pacing. You just triage labeled threads.
